Prefab piping
Assembly of prefabricated pipework
In our workshop, we assemble your pipework to order. Our experienced welders specialise in the prefabrication of, for example, central heating/gas fittings. Bendingmeesters’ welders and welding methods are qualified for the common materials.
Powder coating & galvanising
For final processing of our semi-finished products, such as powder coating or galvanising of machined tubes, we work with highly qualified partners who have made this their speciality. These partnerships enable us to offer a total package of services in metalworking. A single point of contact for you as a client is very convenient. Your request is in good hands with us.

Parts of your pipework are bent in series in our workshop. Advanced equipment enables us to work extremely accurately, so that each bent product in a series is identical. This has many advantages for you as a customer in terms of faster assembly time and fewer logistical operations.

The question
A supplier of system steel structures for, among other things, storey floors asked us if we could help produce railings made of curved round tube.
The challenge
Until this request, they were producing their own handrail work with flat square profiles, on which coffee cups were often placed, which could lead to unsafe situations. Their own solution with round tubes and fittings was labour-intensive and costly.
The solution
The solution was to have the round tube profiles prefabricated to size by Buigmeesters. Besides bending, we provide a total service package, including numbering galvanised parts for easy assembly on site, which significantly reduced assembly time and labour costs.
