Craftmanship is mastery

Distorting tubular profiles into functional & visually pleasing products is our passion.

In addition to our knowledge of steel and its forming, we like to think along with you in the most optimal execution of your job. A product only leaves our factory when we can stick our ‘okay’ sticker with a good feeling.

In complex applications, dimensional accuracy and material quality play a decisive role. Therefore, experience and a high degree of expertise in bending technology is required to ensure the quality of each bent product.

In the video below, we show more about how we work.

Bedrijfscultuur

Work environment for personal growth and development

We strive for an open and honest working environment where our talents have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Working together in a team to bring out the best in each other, where it is close to both the shop floor and management. We are willing to put our shoulders to the wheel where necessary and work hard to get the job done, and also think about a healthy work-life balance. We take good care of our employees and our employees take good care of each other. There is a no nonsense and hands on mentality with plenty of room for humor and fun.

Vision

Eye on the future

Maintaining technical mastery by transferring our knowledge in metalworking to the young generation of doers in the Dutch metal sector & manufacturing industry for smart, efficient & sustainable production processes.

For this we invest time and money to make the younger generation enthusiastic about the metal industry. One of the ways we do this is by participating in the annual Techniekweek Westland (Technique Week Westland) in which we host groups of elementary school children for a whole week.

Buigmeesters is a recognized training company for young people interested in metal technology. We also stimulate our employees internally to continue to develop themselves and offer suitable and industry-specific professional training.
