Do you have an idea and are you looking for a partner specialized in steel forming? We make it from bent steel, stainless steel, aluminum or plastic pipes. Curved in one piece instead of a multi-part construction.

Mandrel bending

The Art of bending with a mandrel

If you have an application request that requires precision and a small bending radius, mandrel bending is the solution.

Mandrel bending is a technique where a mandrel (an internal support) is inserted into the tube to maintain its shape and inner diameter during bending. This method is ideal for tight bends and prevents distortion or folding of the tube. Among other things, it is perfect for applications in pipework in the horticultural industry, in mechanical engineering, automotive & maritime industry, construction sector, handrail work.

Rolling

Rolling pipes with larger radius

For applications such as street furniture and spiral staircases or, like the example photo, for assembly lines, tube rolling is ideal. Rolling is a process in which tube sections are passed through a series of rollers to gradually form the desired curve shape or full circle. This is suitable for larger radii and long, smooth bends.

Tube rolling can be done with all metals such as aluminium, steel and stainless steel.

Metal working

The Art of extended services

For a complete and efficient implementation of your request, you can have your bent product finished at Bending Masters. In our workshop, various welding and construction activities for the various metal operations are carried out by skilled personnel. The rejuvenation of tubes or prefabricated piping is also carried out in our workshop.

For final processing of our semi-finished products, such as powder coating or galvanising of treated pipes, we work with highly qualified partners who have made this their speciality. These partnerships enable us to offer a total package of services in metalworking. A single point of contact for you as a client is very convenient. Your request is in good hands with us.

Capacity table

What we can bend?

Bending a bend requires a bending block (around which the tube is bent), the clamping block (which should hold the tube in place as it is bent into the bending block), a guide (which follows the tube during the bending process) and a mandrel to keep the tube round. The tools are as important in bending as the bending machine and the properties of the material to be bent.
