State of the art machineryWith our mandrel bending and rolling machines, our bending masters are able to bend round and square tube sections in the range 16 mm to 60.3 mm, with varying wall thicknesses, into virtually any desired shape up to a maximum of 180º. The advanced combi bending machine for bending and rolling in 1 cycle and our profile roller are used for the more complex applications with a large radius.
ABOUT US
BendingMasters, formerly know as Therm-Control Buigen, is located in the beautiful Westland region of South Holland and started in 1989 with the bending of steel tubes mainly for bent pipe work for the greenhouse industry. Such as pipe rail headers, spray robot connectors, growth tube arches, spacers and bag pipes. All parts that are assembled during the installation of pipe rail, monorail and lifting heating systems.
Over the years, both our knowledge of forming steel and our machinery have been expanded with state of the art combi bending machines. A step in professionalization, accuracy and a beautiful product. As a result, our clientele is more diverse and production companies of street furniture, municipal art forms and the maritime industry, among others, find their way to our bending masters.
We strive for an open and honest working environment where our talents have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. Working together in a team to bring out the best in each other.
